Passports, Identification and/or Travel Documents:

Each guest shall be responsible to obtain and maintain proper identification and travel documentation required by the country being travelled to. Please note that many countries require visas or passports be valid for an additional six (6) months after the trip’s end date. Cancellation due to the inability to obtain proper documentation shall fall under this trip’s Cancellation Policy. Passports and travel documents are typically required not only for flights but at check-in at non-domestic hotel accommodations.

Unregistered Guests:

Each guest regardless of age must have a valid and complete booking including payment prior to the trip’s travel date. Any guest without a proper booking will be subject to the current rate and value of the activities and hotel property accommodations at the time of travel and will not receive discounts, perks, bonuses or credits associated with the trip.

Hotel Credits and/or Discounts:

Hotel credits and/or discounts cannot be converted for monetary value, are non-transferrable, and will expire immediately upon check-out. Guest is responsible for any taxes and gratuities, foreign or domestic, if applicable to items and/or services procured using hotel credits.

Child Pricing:

Child pricing is based on the age of the child at the time of travel, not booking, and may be subject to the terms and conditions of hotel properties and/or their all-inclusive packages as well as any excursions and trip inclusions.

Trip Pricing:

Unless otherwise stated, pricing is shown for each person and is based on double adult occupancy and is subject to change based on the availability of room types, taxes, and any applicable promotional pricing availability.

Booking and Cancellation Policy: 

Purchase of package constitutes contract formation between purchaser and Top Tier Travel. Please review contract provisions below.

CANCELLATION OF CONTRACT: Client may not cancel this contract. Top Tier Travel offers travel insurance that may cover cancellation and Client may purchase this travel insurance at any time whether through Top Tier Travel or another agency. Tier Travel incurs costs on Client’s behalf to arrange for the event that Top Tier Travel can not recover. As an accommodation, Top Tier Travel at its sole election may attempt to resell Client’s event package to another customer. In the event Top Tier Travel is able to find a replacement customer for the package, Client agrees that a reasonable fee for this service is 10% of the total package price. Client is encouraged to obtain travel insurance. Top Tier Travel may cancel any offering in whole or in part without advanced notice to Client. In the event Top Tier Travel cancels an offering in whole or in part, Client shall received a refund of that portion of its package attributable to the cancelled portion.

FORCE MAJEURE: In the event that either party fails to perform its obligations under this booking due to any circumstance beyond the control of either party, such as acts of God, war, acts of terrorism, government regulations, disaster, strikes, civil disorder, pandemic or curtailment of transportation facilities, to the extent that such circumstance makes it illegal or impossible for Top Tier Travel to provide, or for groups in general to use, the facilities or participate in the excursions. The ability to terminate this booking without liability pursuant to this paragraph is conditioned upon delivery of written notice to the other party setting forth the basis for such termination as soon as reasonably practical – but in no event longer than ten (10) days – after learning of such basis. The parties will use commercially reasonable efforts to provide a work-around solution to the Force Majeure Occurrence.

CANCELLATION OF EVENTS: If an event is cancelled in whole or in part for any reason, Top Tier Travel will pass on whatever refund they obtain, if any, that is attributable to the Client. Client understands that there is a significant likelihood that the refund will be less than what Client paid for the event. Client must cooperate with Top Tier Travel in obtaining the refund which may include the returning of unused tickets. Certain insurance products exist which may reduce the risk of loss to the Client. These products may be available through Top Tier Travel or other third party insurance brokers.


SEVERABILITY AND MERGER: If any provision of this contract is held to be invalid by a court of competent jurisdiction, then such provision will be interpreted to provide as close to the original meaning while complying with the law unless said interpretation is impossible, in which case the provision shall be stricken from the contract and the remainder of the Contract will continue in full force and effect.

DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES: Top Tier Travel disclaims all warranties including but not limited to, the Warranty of Merchantability and Fitness for a Particular Purpose. The only representations that may be relied on are those included in this written contract.

*This cancellation policy is subject to rules and regulations in applicable jurisdictions in Groupily and its suppliers are based. In the base of a conflict between the cancellation policy displayed here and cancellation terms in a supplier’s booking terms, the provisions of the booking terms will prevail.

Name Changes: Name changes may be completed up to October 16, 2022 (30 Days Prior to travel). Name changes may incur a $25 administrative fee per name change. Please submit your name change HERE.

Inclusions and Substitutions:

In the event that an activity, inclusion or excursion is no longer available, we will substitute a similar activity or inclusion of equal or greater value.

Resort Credits/Hotel inclusions/and or discounts cannot be converted to cash. Any credits, discounts or inclusions  not used during your stay will expire immediately upon your departure. Primary Traveler is responsible for paying any taxes that may be added to items purchased with hotel/resort credit.

The passport and visa, if applicable, for all travelers on the reservation must be up-to-date before you depart your country. Please double check that you have all the identification and other documentation required by the specific country you’re traveling to.  A list of requirements for U.S. Travelers can be found at the Department of State Website here. In many countries, passports and visas must be valid for 6 months or longer after the trip end date. If you are unable to obtain the required identification and other documentation, the Cancellation Policy for this trip will apply.

Each traveler, including each child, who is attending the trip with you is required to have a booking prior to the commencement of the trip. You must book and pay for each such person in advance of the trip. If you fail to book and pay for any travelers who arrive to stay with you on the trip, you will be charged the hotel’s then-current rate, which may be higher than the trip price,  for each person at the time of your check-in. If you are unable to pay for additional travelers at the time of check-in, your entire party may be denied entry onto the hotel property or onto the trip entirely.
